Rick’s career spans more than 40 years as a financial and administrative leader in business and vocational ministry as an executive pastor in Colorado and Pennsylvania. His business career includes public accounting audit experience working with agriculture, manufactruing, real estate, legal, and not-for-profit organizations. Rick’s industry experience spans agriculture, construction, franchising, manufacturing, not-for-profit, equipment and merchandise rental, and travel and tourism. Rick is a CPA licensed in California and Ohio.

Rick Treatch holds a doctorate from Indiana Wesleyan University’s Doctor of Organizational Leadership program. Rick is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a MS in Accounting, Lincoln Christian Seminary with a MA in Ministry-Leadership Studies, and California State University, Fresno with a BS in Business Administration – Accounting. 

Rick is a life-long Chicago Cubs fan (Go Cubs Go!), enjoys golf, travel, and reading about leadership related topics, plays master’s water polo and referees middle school, high school, and age group water polo games. Rick and Phyllis, his wife of 43 years have three adult children, 3 grandsons, and one granddaughter.
